Training For Young Athletes

Q. Is your program designed for both genders?
A. Yes, Dynamic Fitness Formula specifically tailors programs for both genders
taking into account differences in body structures.

Q. What ages would benefit from your programs?
A. Since the programs are designed to the specific athlete, boys and girls ages 10
through 18 would greatly benefit from the programs. However, college – age
athletes are also a part of Dynamic Fitness Formula's target group since
Dynamic Fitness Formula is involved in training professional athletes as well.

Q. What types of things comprise the training program?
A. The composition of each program involves a variety of foundational exercises
geared toward teaching proper body movements essential in the concept of
sport training, regardless of the type of sport. Once these foundational
exercises are learned and progress is made, the next step includes a
combination of agility drills, using speed ladders and hurdles, triple extension
exercises, plyometrics, medicine balls and Olympic lifts.

Q. Do your programs incorporate weight lifting and if so, doesn't this potentially
injure young athletes?
A. Dynamic Fitness Formula's programs frequently include weight lifting.
However, it is a misconception that weight lifting is injurious to young
athletes. Conversely, the proper and expert use of weights assists young
